Attorney Bernard Walsh achieved a $1,075,000.00 recovery for a seriously injured motorcycle rider. A motorcycle rider was cut off by a bus crossing the roadway resulting in a Brachial Plexus injury.

Attorney Michele S. Stephan Recognized for “Service to the Community”
On April 13, 2011, Legal Aid of Manasota presented Sarasota Attorney Michele Stephan with the “2011 Service to the Community” Award. Ms. Stephan conducts a monthly pro se family clinic at the Selby Library for individuals who are seeking divorces but cannot afford the services of a lawyer. Ms. Stephan assists participants in understanding and completing the Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms and gives them the practical tools necessary to navigate the family law court system.
