Elliot Zahalsky received a B.A. from The City Universtity of New York, prior to receiving his law degree from St. John's University Law School. Mr. Zahalsky has been practicing personal injury and labor law in New York and in Florida for more than 40 years. During that time he has handled cases in both federal and state courts, as well as government agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Public Employees Relations Commission.
Elliot has served as Vice President of Labor Relations and Human Resources for Tropicana Products, Inc. in Bradenton, Florida. He is both a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court and County Court Mediator as well as an American Arbitration Association Labor Panel Arbitrator. Mr. Zahalsky is a licensed member of the New York Bar, the The Florida Bar and the Federal Bar. He is of counsel to the firm, which benefits from Elliot's lifetime of experience and expertise.
